I was continuously being blinded by the sun until I took my pickup truck to 979 Tint. I had them install a strip of tint across the top of the windshield. The price was very affordable and it looks great!
I returned a week later and had 979 do their Premier ceramic coating to my truck. It looks excellent!
The guys at 979 Tint are friendly and do an excellent job. The prices are also very good as I compared with at least five other shops that were mostly overpriced. You can't beat the price and quality of work done here. Highly recommended and will be returning with the girlfriend's car next.

I was looking for a place to do ceramic coating for my company car, and I was getting really terrible estimates from all over the place. Finally, someone on Reddit recommended 979, and I decided to reach out to them. My request was answered promptly, and I went to the shop. I also decided to get the windows tinted while I was at it. The result was AMAZING, and the price was more than fair. This place is a gem, and the owner is very nice. Stop looking and just go there. You will not be disappointed. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment, and they had me in and out in no time. When I got there I wasn't quite sure how dark I wanted so the owner Jim brought me to the back and showed me the options, and compared with some other vehicles they had in the shop. They were very pleasant, and wow, this looks to be the highest quality tint I've had on a vehicle. After a week now the job seems to be flawless. Not a bubble or wrinkle to be found 👍 highly recommend this place!

Went to get my 2008 chevy trailblazer tinted If you're looking for cheap this is not the place for you Now if you're looking for quality Then this is the place for you. Everybody should have the customer service that this place has from the counter person to I guess I was talking to the owner They have a nice comfy waiting roomWhat are some snacks and drinksThey also offer other services such as vehicle wraps end ceramic protection along with tint services I will definitely go back once I get my truck painted to get ceramic coating I will definitely refer friends and family!!

In just 3 short years, her headlights and Honda emblem had faded and had a haze/oxidation about them and made the front of her vehicle look horrible.
We took it to 979 TINT where Jim and his crew went to work, sanding all of her lights and Honda emblem, getting them looking like new again. They then applied a paint protection film to protect them from any further oxidation. The front of her vehicle looks new again!
I highly recommend these guys. They do headlight restoration and also do the paint protection film to the body of the vehicle to prevent rock chips, paint fading etc.

3M Automotive Security Film Terms to know
TSER – Total Solar Energy Rejection
The percentage of total solar energy rejected by filmed glass. The higher this value, the less solar heat is transmitted.
IRR – Infrared Rejection*
The percentage of solar infrared energy rejection over the wavelength range from 900-1,000 nm. Infrared rays are primarily responsible for the heat you feel when driving.
VLT – Visible Light Transmitted
The percentage of visible light that passes directly through filmed glass: the higher the number, the lighter the film.
IRER – Infrared Energy Rejection**
The percent of solar infrared energy rejection over the wavelength range from 780–2,500 nm. IRER takes into account the transmitted and absorbed IR energy that will be reradiated into a car.
Ultraviolet Rejection
The percentage of ultraviolet (UV) light that is rejected by the filmed glass. UV light contributes to the fading and deterioration of fabrics and leather.
Glare Reduction
The percentage by which visible light is reduced by the addition of film. Data shown is the estimated performance of film applied to ¼” (6mm) thick, 73% VLT automotive green glass. Data is for reference only.
